Information you provide

When you submit a product review, we collect your display name, email address, rating, review title, review text, and any photos you choose to upload. We also record which product the review relates to, when it was created or updated, and its publication status.

Approved reviews are public: your display name, rating, title, text, review date, and approved photos can be seen by other visitors. Your review email address is not included in the public review listing. Please avoid including private information in your review or photos.

If you contact us by email, your message includes your email address and any name or other details you choose to share. A verified privacy contact must be configured in the Contact Us section below before public launch.

Cart and transaction information

Your shopping bag saves product selections, selected supply options, and quantities in your browser. Online checkout is not currently connected. The current website does not collect billing or shipping addresses, payment card details, completed order records, or transaction identifiers through checkout.

Information recorded automatically

The website records certain interactions in a temporary queue within your browser, including product views, supply selections, supplement-information views, cart additions, searches, and clicks on Our Story links. These events can include product identifiers, displayed prices, quantities, search terms, and link destinations. No external analytics service is connected to this queue in the current implementation.

When you search our website, your search terms appear in the results page address and may be saved in your browser history. When you visit a page or submit a review, your browser sends a request to the services that operate those features.

The current website uses the information described above to:

• Remember and display your shopping bag on the same browser.
• Return search results for the terms you enter.
• Receive, moderate, and display product reviews and their photos.
• Protect review submissions against forged requests using a security token.
• Make website interaction events available to the website’s own interface and event handlers.
• Read and respond to messages sent to a configured support or privacy inbox.

Shopping bag storage

We use browser local storage, under the name wellora-cart-v1, to remember the products, supply options, and quantities in your shopping bag. This is stored on your device and is not a payment or customer-account record. There is no automatic expiry set by the website.

Essential security cookies

When you begin submitting a review, the review service sets a security cookie, normally named csrftoken, to help protect against forged submissions. The administration service also uses session cookies for staff sign-in; these are not customer-account cookies.

Analytics and advertising

The current website has an in-browser interaction queue but no installed third-party analytics script, advertising pixel, or analytics or advertising cookie. No separate preference-cookie feature is implemented.

You can remove cookies and local storage through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing site data removes the saved bag, and blocking security cookies may prevent review submissions. There is currently no website cookie-preferences panel.

Review submissions and photos are sent to the website’s review service for storage and moderation. Staff with review-administration access can manage submissions. Approved review content is shared publicly as described above; the review email address is excluded from the public response.

Services used to host the website, store reviews and photos, or handle email may process information needed to provide those services. The production providers and their access have not been confirmed. No customer or order data is currently sent by the application to a connected payment, fulfillment, advertising, or marketing API.

Payments are processed through Stripe. When you make a purchase, Stripe processes the payment information you provide to complete your transaction. Stripe handles this information in accordance with its privacy policy.

We work with fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to prepare, dispatch, and deliver your orders. We share the information needed to fulfill your purchase, including your name, delivery address, contact details, purchased items, and order number.

We use order and delivery information to coordinate shipments, provide tracking updates, and resolve delivery issues. Our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers process this information to provide their services.

When you subscribe to our marketing emails, we use your email address to send product news, special offers, and updates from Wellora. We work with an email service provider to deliver these messages and manage your subscription preferences. Submitting a product review does not subscribe you to our marketing list.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop order confirmations, shipping updates, or replies to your support requests.

The saved shopping bag remains in browser storage until you remove its contents or clear the site’s storage. The in-browser interaction queue lasts for the current page session and is not a persistent analytics database.

The review service stores submitted reviews, email addresses, photos, and associated records. There is no automatic retention or deletion schedule configured for these records. A business retention policy, including any necessary legal or accounting periods and backup handling, has not yet been confirmed.

• Remove items from your shopping bag or clear the website’s stored data in your browser.
• Choose whether to submit a review or upload photos. Published review content is visible to other visitors.
• Use browser settings to manage cookies; blocking the review security cookie may prevent submission.
• Once the privacy contact below is configured, contact us with privacy questions or requests relating to your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law, including requesting access, correction, or deletion of information. Applicable conditions and exceptions may limit a request. There is no automated account-editing, data-export, or deletion portal on this website.

Depending on your state of residence and whether a law applies to Wellora, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain targeted-advertising or data-sharing activities where applicable.

The application does not currently include targeted-advertising tools. This policy does not represent a determination that a particular state privacy law applies to Wellora or that every visitor has the same rights.

Wellora’s wellness storefront is intended for adults and is not directed toward children. Please do not submit children’s personal information in reviews, photos, or messages. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, use the privacy contact below once it has been configured.

The review service uses submission validation and protection against forged requests. Review administration requires staff authorization, review email addresses are excluded from public listings, and unpublished review photos are restricted to authorized staff.

No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Production hosting, operational security procedures, and additional safeguards must be verified before broader security assurances can be made.

If you follow a link to a third-party website or use an external service, such as your email provider, its privacy practices govern the information it handles. Wellora does not control those practices. Review the relevant provider’s privacy policy before sharing information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
